Before booking your piercing or tattoo appointment at True U Tattoo, please take a moment to review the following important information to ensure you're fully prepared for your session.
Important Pre-Appointment Guidelines
Health & Safety Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older (valid government-issued ID required)
Do not consume alcohol or drugs 24 hours before your appointment
Eat a full meal 2-3 hours before your session
Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment
Get a good night's sleep before your session
Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications
What to Bring:
Valid government-issued photo ID
Reference images or design ideas (if applicable)
Comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the area being tattooed/pierced
Snacks and water for longer sessions
Skin Preparation:
Arrive with clean skin - shower before your appointment
Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks prior
Do not apply lotions, oils, or makeup to the area on appointment day
Electric Shave the area 24 hours before (if needed). We can do the close shave.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a deposit forfeit.
