Before booking your piercing or tattoo appointment at True U Tattoo, please take a moment to review the following important information to ensure you're fully prepared for your session.

Important Pre-Appointment Guidelines

Health & Safety Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older (valid government-issued ID required)
  • Do not consume alcohol or drugs 24 hours before your appointment
  • Eat a full meal 2-3 hours before your session
  • Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment
  • Get a good night's sleep before your session
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications

What to Bring:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Reference images or design ideas (if applicable)
  • Comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the area being tattooed/pierced
  • Snacks and water for longer sessions

Skin Preparation:

  • Arrive with clean skin - shower before your appointment
  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks prior
  • Do not apply lotions, oils, or makeup to the area on appointment day
  • Electric Shave the area 24 hours before (if needed). We can do the close shave.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a deposit forfeit.
