Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions/Partnerships
When you purchase a subscription with True U Tattoo, you are entering into a 12-month fixed-term agreement.

Commitment to Full Term                                                                                                                               By subscribing, you agree to pay for the full 12-month term. This subscription cannot be cancelled early without completing the full payment obligation.

If you choose to stop using the membership or request cancellation before the end of the term, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance of the 12-month subscription.

No Early Termination                                                                                                                                            Subcriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the term has begun. Early termination does not release you from your financial commitment.

Included Benefits                                                                                                                                   All membership benefits, including discounts and complimentary items, are designed to be used over the full 12-month period and expire at the end of the term.

Non-Transferable                                                                                                                                                                                                   
‘Memberships and all associated benifits are non-transferable.         

Missed Payments                                                                                                                                               Failure to complete scheduled payments will result in suspension of membership benifits. The remaining balance of the subscription will still be owed and the end of term date will remain the same.  

Pre-orders (Custom & Special Orders)
When you place a pre-order with True U Tattoo, you are reserving a product that is not currently in stock or is being specifically ordered or created for you.

Custom or Special-Order Items                                                                                                            Items that are ordered, customized, or created specifically for you are final sale. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as materials and production are committed immediately.

Standard Pre-Order Items                                                                                                                   For non-custom items that we have chosen to bring in, cancellations may be considered before the order has been fulfilled. Approved cancellations will be issued as a store credit or gift card, not a refund to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
